This photo is of Roni & her big sister, Anna. Roni is one of OyVay's orphaned puppies. Her struggle with life didn't end there as at 12 weeks of age the framing for a wall fell crushing both her front feet, breaking through the growth plates. While her feet were bandaged and in casts, she wore socks on both legs to keep her bandages a little cleaner. Anna is my new champion, Ch. Rondo T Rios American Anthem. She finished in Bred By Exhibitor with all Major wins. Roni's full name is Rondo T Rios American Beauty.

Skittles, Snickers baby girl born 8/21/04 will debut in the show ring 2005. Skittles is a mini wirehair Dachshund.
Ch. Rondo's T Rios Candy Girl.
Skittles finished with three 5 point majors. Her first major at the DVDC Dachshund Specialty. The weekend after finishing at the Tucson shows, she took BOV in Scottsdale. We will now be looking for a suitable stud dog for a breeding in late 2006 or early 2007. This is my first home bred mini Wire and I couldn't be happier with her!
